I gave MLIA a go...IMO the site is almost as BORING as the Appstore Icon.
Here are 3 of my interpretations of what you asked for:

They will definately have to be renamed as I don't use this App and have no idea of how it is named.

And yes, the site is boring but it's supposed to be that way. When the site first came out, people were writing really boring things but now it's just sort of ironic because of how un-average they really are

Tried my hand at some sudoku ones with different glows, not sure if its been done yet, I just didn't think the current icon fit the game very well. Sorry if that offended you xD

You go to Music>iTunes>Mobile Applications
Then you have to convert it using some strange thing. If you download the guide mentioned on the last page, it tells you in detail.
