Re: [Theme] Mistikons Theme(s) v.1.4 (2009-12-03)
I had the same problem. Appearance has to be set to "blue" in System Preferences for traffic lights to change. ![]()
Another related issue, though: my traffic lights have changed, although the "active" variant doesn't appear to be working, i.e. the traffic lights are the same whether the window is active or not, but when I roll over them, they change to red, yellow, and green.

Re: [Theme] Mistikons Theme(s) v.1.4 (2009-12-03)
The only thing stopping me from using this (beautiful) theme is the progress bars — they really annoy me. Any chance of a version/extra which has 'regular' progress bars? I prefer the complete and incomplete parts to both be the same size.
Love it anyway. Thanks a lot. Great to see new themers.
Oh and by the way, I love your website design. Great emulation of Apple's design but also has that perfect amount of individuality. Nice work.

Sorry I'm new at this, but when I apply the dark menu theme is shows up as a light almost clear color instead of black. Any suggestions????
edit: OK sorry I feel stupid, I read all the posts and found how to fix it.
GREAT THEME!!!

Re: [Theme] Mistikons Theme(s) v.1.4 (2009-12-03)
@ prodigy : simply press the "uninstall" button (at the bottom right) it will bring everything 'back to nornal' (i included scripts to the theme that makes a backup of your 'previous/original' files at the time of install) you can find the backup here : Library > App Support > Magnifique > Backups-Custom > Mistikons (Dark or Light)
Just make sure you weren't using another theme before using the Mistikons, if not it might backup the files from that theme (that depends if the previous theme had or not these backup-restore scripts) but most (if not all) themes now include this backup-restore method.
And the other solution is to install the "Default Leopard" theme from Magnifique that also brings everything back to the default state.
Glad you're enjoying it ![]()

@GAFMEDIA, can you please change the Safari buttons back to their original Leopard look? Because it looks odd that they look similar but they have a slightly different look to them. I'm using Safari 4 Public Beta. I applied the Mistikons White menubar theme(without custom mods). Thank you
I love what you did with this theme otherwise ![]()
Maybe you could create the AddBookmark button in the same style as the other Safari buttons in Safari4?

@ allan.nyholm : sorry but the theme doesn't change the safari buttons ![]()
the only thing changed in safari are the little resizers when you have multiple tabs open....that's it for now. (and for that to happen you have to apply the custom mods.)
Specific app mods will come later on.... ![]()

Okay, it just seems odd the way that the back/forward etc buttons look compared to the AddBookmark button. I may have to go to the eyedoctor ![]()
Thanks again!
Edit: these two images show what I mean - first without Mistikons
And now with Mistikons:

I noticed that it does in fact change. I think actually my only problem is that I think I'd like to see the active and inactive traffic lights switched. The active ones are so light that at a glance, I think the window isn't active because they look washed out. That's literally my only complaint with the theme, so if someone could tell me how to switch those easily, that would be perfect.

hey GAFMEDIA, your icon set is missing the desktop toolbar icon. Everything else is there.
Unless its purposeful. Great set, but I'd love to see some app icons.

I made one NFR that I just changed the inactive and active ones to the darkest one that wasn't a clor in theme park.

Sorry, I'm not quite sure how to do that. Could you clarify?
