For most regular apps it's just in the resources folder, others are in .menu's and etc in said folder. The menu extras are located in /System/Library/CoreServices/Menu Extras/ …

Very nice! Thank you very much! This work is very pleasing to me.

If anyone or the OP could make an icon for awaken, that'd make my menu bar so much sweeter (and complete!).
