The folder structure is very helpful. If you guys did that, thanks a bunch. If Apple did that, thanks a bunch too. smile

first sign of success, thx longhorn!!

my only problem is that the encoder/decoder takes too long and literally eats my cpu at 150% cpu usage..

Re: [Tool] ArtFileTool Release

It's not really something I can fix. It has to process over 7000 images which takes some power and some cpu. It shouldn't take more than two minutes to encode though.

Re: [Tool] ArtFileTool Release

@Achill3s: since a lot of the time, images won't change their dimensions, it would be possible to update this file in place, without rewriting everything else, but it's not the kind of thing I'd like to do

Works good! First time actually really getting into theming. Seems like a good time to learn it all!

Well done. It works well.

Still, there are clearly there are some graphical glitches. Thoughts on how to correct this, anybody?

Also, any reason why the file size of ArtFile.bin almost doubles when this is run?

I was working on a near-equivalent tool in Cocoa to this before you released. I'm just happy someone made it smile

I forgot to enable CoreUI in my first screenshot. Is it the transparency thats making things look screwy? Sometimes the unfilled area of the PNG will turn white also.
