That's the size of the images for retina devices. Are you using Zeppelin, did you try it and name the image correctly?
Also Verizon has only offered the 4 and 4S, so it would seem obvious that it is for a retina device.

Would anybody be able to make a custom Zeppelin Logo of - MICKEY in the same font as 'TheVerge' website - http://www.theverge.com/ I'm not good with this sort of stuff and everyone on here seems to know what they're doing.

I'm using blackout (only black status bar, never switches to the grey one) and would love to have a white/black Atlanta falcons logo. anyone capable of this? and could maybe pm me with it?
