They aren't missing, they are symlinks to provide support for iOS 4.x

Not to butt in here, but I'm running the 1.3.5 and I have no issues with those buttons. They're all themed and light up as they should with the theme activated. I'm not seeing any issues like you're describing.

Here's what's in the package as I'm looking at them on my computer. The files are there. You likely messed up something during your backup. I would advise using terminal to SSH into your device and using 'cp' rather than something like iFile. Or just deselecting the theme in WB, then renaming the entire Jaku.theme folder to something like Jaku-1.3.0.theme. Then download the new version. It would guarantee you don't mess up the file structure.

As for a fix, all you'll have to do is recreate the symlinks yourself. Or you can just rename the respective files and drop the "~iphone" suffix from them. I put in symlinks because I don't want to artificially inflate the size of the package as I imagine 99% of users are on iOS 5.

Yes intentional. 1) to draw focus to it, and 2) to ensure it matches the "Call" text should a user not remove it from their string file.
