Here they are, sorry about that.

Also, I discovered that the template had an incorrect canvas size. :-X I fixed that, please re-download for the updated template and the two new icons (and psds).

There are a few steps.

1: make the 'simple' group invisible
2: drag the image layer in to the advanced folder.
3: drag the image layer right in front of the 'mask' layer.

I hope this helps.
