Before you will use this theme go to "var/mobile/Library/Caches/" :

For 4.1 users :
- Delete "com.apple.Springboard.folderSwitcherLinen" file.

For 4.2.1 users :
- Delete >

com.apple.SpringBoard.folderSwitcherLinen.0
com.apple.SpringBoard.folderSwitcherLinen.1
com.apple.SpringBoard.folderSwitcherLinen.2
com.apple.SpringBoard.folderSwitcherLinen.3

i had to delete the icons folder, it was leaving huge icons.

also, for some reason the photos, notes and a couple of other icons aren't changing.

Quick question about this. Will deleting it affect any of my other themes or is it just a useless file? Also, what does it do for the theme?

Deleting it won't affect anything, it's just a cache file. And the reason for deleting it is so the folder and switcher background included in the theme are applied.
