Version 2.0 - Now support iOS 4.2.1




Icons for iPad are almost twice smaller than iPhone 4 icons.The Icons for apps/games from Appstore are 72x72 pixel size and System/Cydia icons are 74x75 pixel size...

If you want request some icon for app/game from appstore, please check the Black'UPS web site first . There you find out if your requested icon isn't already made. After downloading 144x144 pixel icon you have to decrease the icon size to 72x72 pixel.

If you want the icons for cydia app, you have to open System&Cydia.psd tamplate (download coming soon) and make this icon by own.

About the request:

Please follow the forum rules. If you request some icon, do me a favour, add to the request the name of the app, the name of the icon and the name of the bundles folder.

my maps icon isn't changing jackie..any idea y?

Reboot your iPad . The name Bundles and icon name is correct.

i have rebooted twice already..respringed about 5 times..i checked the files through iFile and everything seems to be named right..maps icon just refuses to change..anyone else with this problem?

i love this. Just don't know anything about the bundles and really don't have the time to learn it to. Is there someone that can do all the bundles from the iPhone 4 theme to the iPad theme? Know its probably a big work, but i can donate you.

I've tried reducing the sizes of various apps using icon-72.png and Icon-72.png like the ones already in the zip for my other apps that aren't themed and they won't change. This method always works on my i4 ne tips or anything to help?

Check the bundles file name and icon name again :thumbsup:

ok, got it working. tested with 2 apps: facebook and vlc. for both i had to place the black'ups icon in the var/mobile/Applications/<appropriate app folder> instead of in the bundle folder inside the theme as i always did on the iphone. and the name needed for the fb icon to work is Icon.png

just realized this changes the icon in the base/default theme. so while it's a solution you can't go back to the default icon without manual changes

How to change the icon for a folder from categories ?

You have to rename the B'UPS icon "Icon@2x.png" for FB and "MVLCIcon_72.png" for VLC

try it again it MUST works

A think you have to go the App folder in your iDevice and replace the icon with B'UPS
