Colorized iTunes 10 Sidebar

If someone provides me with a clean iTunes.rsrc file i will edit it to add these icon mods and make a downloadable modded iTunes.rsrc

How To Manual Install:

The trick (to using ThemePark 3.1 to edit .rsrc files) is to slightly resize the window so the letters show up in the first column, then use the keyboard arrows for ALL your navigation from then on. Any mouse interaction inside the columns will crash ThemePark. Once you have navigate to PNG resource 441, just drag and drop the png file from the download link ontop of the default image in ThemePark, save, and restart iTunes. Done.

PS: In case someone is wondering, the corresponding resource file is PNG - 441.

How do I change individual icons if I want to mix and match these icons with icons from another set for example?

I didn't want to post the entire .rsrc file. Because i have many changes to my iTunes.rsrc file that i didn't want to share as part of this package, and also, this way in case you have any other mods to your own .rsrc file, they dont get over written. Its real simple to replace the resource image inside though. Just a simple drag and drop once you open up the .rsrc in ThemePark.


Also, im not sure how i feel about the movies icon. I dont like how every other icon is nice and matte looking, while the movies icon has that black part around the blue film slides. Anyone else wanna take a crack at improving upon that icon?

It's not simple, ThemePark keeps crashing when I try to open the 441 png :-! I wonder why they ditched rsrc editing in v4

The info panel is PNG item 153, and the progress bar is a combination of 513 and 514.
Then the vertical and horizontal scroll bars are PNG times 3505 and 3512.

I don't think i should go releasing any of what i have in use in my personal theme because i have ripped these individual resources from other themes found around this site or DA. The only part of the iTunes theme that was originally made/modded by me is the sidebar icons which i have released.

hey this is awesome, but do you mind editing the colours of the other icons, like Podcasts, Books, Apps, Ringtones and Radio, cause I have some that are silver and your's which are coloured.

Yes, the author mentions he doesn't use those things so they weren't done. All the others are awesome, much closer to what I expected to find with this update.

That image is the file that you need to use to replace the default file inside ThemePark.
