Not really good, you need some practice with photoshop mate

It has potential but this would benefit far more in the WIP section of the forum. The shading on the snow man doesn't look natural, even for a cartoon; the shadows on the cloud-like snow could be more soft (like this); the shading on the snowman's sticks and nose is flat and blurry, and the sun's color is odd - nearly green.
