It's nice in general, I like the rounded corners and general space-savyness, but the thin margin from the top of the box to the top of the title type keeps me away from using it, it should be at least equal to the blank spaces around the midline to keep harmony and the most efficient legibility I think. So, I would touch up the baseline of the title a little pixels down (while the text right down a little up to stay in symmetry with the separator), and may increase the size of the box if needed, just so the margins and blanks space are consistent.

Oh, wow, this is incredible. I'm really liking having the icons in the background and the whole crisp simplicity is really quite stunning. Normally I'd suggest having some sort of border but the sharp cutoff on the edges just seems to work. I think a very subtle white glow would look perfect on the text, not enough to stand out or look cheesy just to really bring the text away from the icon, but it might detract from the overall crisp feel so I'm not sure.

This is great.  I think it looks awesome even without the animation, but with it it looks doubly awesome.  Thanks for the great release!

Thanks for modding this already! Haha. I didn't think it would be that quick. The original version I was doing actually had a rounded corner variant, but the icon is not clipped by the background at all, and there is no good way of working around that. That said, if there is enough interest I may add my original rounded version as well.

I also made a mod: It changes the animation somewhat, and the style a little too:

The background is now a subtle radial gradient; there’s now a subtle highlighted border & a crisp shadow; the borders are ever so slightly rounded. The title text is a little bigger, and the body text brighter – I’ve removed the separator.

At the moment, the animation is best suited for durations around the 2 second mark – I couldn’t make it flexible with regard to the end animation. If it’s desired, I can make a few more verisons with different animation lengths.

UPDATE: Fixed an issue that might affect the appearance of the icon
