Any chance you could do a replacement set of these for the iTunes sidebar? The music icon in the preview would look awesome in that sidebar (Plus you already have a smart playlist one and movie one). Just release the icons like normal and let us do it ourselves if you decide to do this because there are just too many iTunes mods out there being used right now. lol

but... It would be beyond cool if there would be a couple color variations of generic folder...
and more apps would be even better....

And a killer thing would be to make Archive boxes (zip,rar...and all the shizz) for various archive expanders and utilities... Because we all use them all the time...

Very nice submission! Looks great in my dock. It would be very cool if you could share a template or release an icon for iCal that does not look like the normal iCal icon with a kind of border around it. I think it is the only icon that does not really fit into the set.
I have made a mockup to show what I mean.
That should be possible and also support the overlay of the date I think.

I thought of this, the problem was that it was not visually pleasing. I don't mind trying the idea again though. We'll see what comes of it.

Wow, something that's different from the standard style. Fantastic, and good even at small sizes, my pet complaint with a lot of icon sets.
Can't wait for the extras. Loving you guys.
