I like the Cydia icon and contacts icon the most. I think the sun needs more detail.
I don't like the iTunes icon, its good but i don't like it. The App Store icon is pretty good, maybe replace the "A" with the real glyph.
Overall its pretty good, much better than most of the other WIPS here.

Look mate , you've done a very great job already . Bravo .
But here are just some tiny bits who you could be improving :
- Add more detail to the sun
- Put the opacity of the AppStore pocket a bit higher
- lower the opacity of the texture wich is applied to the AppStore pocket .
- Make the purple note maybe some blue-grayish color like the real No Album art note.

Boy was it fun to see your name in here. So looks really cool, has a lot of potential because you can see you're good at composition.

The main thing is tho, right now the template is in fact the weak factor here. You really have to try different things with templates untill you really have 'it', the right combo. Right now I think the inner glow is a little too-much and the dark inner-shadow underneith it doesn't work either. This theme can work, it can turn out awesome if you just find that right template. It's not bad or anything, it looks quite nice but it's not there yet.
Also the upper inner-glow line is blurred. If you intended it that way I'd change it.

I like details, but you must be careful not to go overboard texture-wise. Clean can be good too, sometimes less is more. For example the Cydia icon has too much texure.

So...

Weather - Sun too blurry.
Cydia - Too much texture ; reduce and/or make the scale larger (less detail).
iTunes - Although it's refreshing to see a new concept and I appreciate the originality, this might be too-much. I wouldn't do the 3-D inside any icon. Also the pink note doesn't look good in the rest of the contrast. Yeah, I think it's really too much, I'd make a new one completely without the 3D.
Contacts - Looks too brown to me. I like a little lightbrownish contacts icons more. Something more in the direction of the wood in this forum, color-wise.
App Store - That's an 'A' right?

edit: simple meaning the base, i took a harder look at the glyphs and very very nice job on them. keep it up.

in regards to the theme again i think you can do alot better then this your teneo and rohmer icons are amazing i just realy dislike this base

This looks amazing. I would definitely use it. The only thing is that the 99c in the iTunes icon looks slightly out of place. Maybe have a little sign on the table next to the album that says 99c or something?
