Re: [Theme]Black Mac OS X

Why don't work? I put the 2 files in: /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/CoreUI.framework/Resources and /System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/HIToolbox.framework/
Versions/A/Resources/  but don't work, why?

Did you log in and out?

Im still fixing some where for instance, when You have a finder window open, and open a second one, the bottom returns to defaults.

Updated SArtFile.bin,

fixed bottom images big_smile

If anyone is willing to design icons, please contact me so we can talk big_smile

Thats pretty sweet!
Do you know how to mod the scrollbars? If you can take the black ones from iMovie 08 and replace the blue ones it will make the theme look near perfect.

Re: [Theme]Black Mac OS X

yeah, im with NoSmokingBandit, but the HUD images in Pages 09 would look really neat as well. maybe a metal-ish style for the traffic lights? other than that, nice work. i like how you kept the style of the menu intact, and just changed the color. if that makes sense....
smile_thumbup

btw, traffic lights and scrollbars are in Extras2.rsrc

Re: [Theme]Black Mac OS X

you really really really need to mod the about this mac window and make it HUD.
http://macthemes2.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16783903

and also, you cant see the number in the Spaces menubar icon. also the title for the finder window dosnt seem to work well.

also, this isnt sumthing wrong but just sumthing that would look good http://blog.iconaholic.com/2007/11/leop … r-buttons/

i think this should be moved to WIP

why not post a link to the full sized preview image?

Re: [Theme]Black Mac OS X

I could really use some help making the scrollbars, and traffic lights big_smile

But personally, I looove the traffic lights.

Im not sure, but I am thinking of stopping making this if I don't get any help to make a simple HUD one big_smile with help of course...

Re: [Theme]Black Mac OS X

Yea this is not working for me, even though I want it so bad.
I've logged out numerous times and shut down, restarted numerous times and it isn't working unlike the other themes I've had in the past.

Re: [Theme]Black Mac OS X

Are you sure that you DELETED the previous SArtFile?

Try deleting it from the folder. And copy it to an external HD

Re: [Theme]Black Mac OS X

Is there anyway to blend some aspects of this and Metal Muku together, and if so, what programs do I need? I really want to keep metal muku's window buttons and scroll bars, but I really want this xD.

The scroll bars and window buttons (the Traffic lights) from metal muku smile.

Edit: So it looks fantastic, but I wanted to know if this is supposed to carry over to applications. Adium and Firefox are in the normal metal frame. Also, my time and date is in black, but your preview shows it in white. Is there anything I need to do to change it?

Re: [Theme]Black Mac OS X

my only problem is the date. I DELETED the Extras2.rsrc file and input yours, but I can't see the date; like in your Preview

I have the same exact problem too. For now, I'm using iStat menu which allows you to change the color of the font for the time.

yea, the only problem is changing the system text from black to white...I tried finding some resolutions, but they apparently didn't fix it.
