Great transation from Flat to Glass.  I actualy like this then the Flat theme.  Keep it up you have great idea their

What about droping the idea of that doubel color icon  i mena the Wave portion that come from original icons.  I prefer plein icon  with some shadow.

As I mentioned in the flat thread I think this is a great idea. I think you are touching on how to make this even better with the weather and mail icon. You should look into diecutting out the icons that fit under the glass. For example get rid of the blue around the click wheel or the gray around the camera. Just have the images without the backgrounds underneath the glass.

Some other suggestions I would make is the background is a little to distracting for me with the detail it has, also I feel like the apple you have is much to large.

I really like this look, as I have been using flat forever now and I feel like this could be a step up. Really looking forward to a release.

I myself was astonished how cool looks weather icon ,the thing is I'm not a designer,
I only know my way around photoshop ,so if I see nice graphics I play around till get results ,
when the icon is done it's hard sometimes to extract part of an image preserving pixels correctly !!!

As for the other requests ,when I have time ,but first I want to add some more icons to this theme and again when I have time 

I made a few in my spare time if you want to check em out. You're welcome to them

Can I trouble someone to open up the first .psd that is 75X75 and save it as a transparent .png for me "Please" because my graphic app will not open up .psd's

I will pitch in and make a few when someone gives me a transparent .png since as you can see I had to butcher the gloss on the ones she posted so the shine does not line up w/ the edges. Thank you!

If I may suggest you to not use ready highlighted icons with a 100x100 px,but instead 512x512 raw one's ...
When U highlight them again  it won't look good,

I also see that images are not correctly places into psd file!

where do you place the images in the psd id love to make some and help out

I'll try to explain, though U have to have some knowledge how work with layers and selection tool !

The layer You going to work with is called "Core"  which U will have to disable before saving png file ...

Now holding down command key (on mac) click on Layer mask thumbnail ,U shell see inner part of psd file selected after U clicked !!!
Open your image and copy it , go into psd and with that inner part selected use "paste into" command from "edit " menu ...
New layer will be created right on top of "Core" layer...
Play around to your taste and I hope U gonna get somewhere 
U could use "wall" layer to see how it will look on iPhone (and disable after) !!!

That was fast and they do look correct,
other thing is psd is hi-res good looking icon ,so graphics inside should also be high quality,
that's like buying a new house and bringing an old furniture inside 

And again thanks a lot for help !!!

I think this theme could grow a lot if we get help !!!
