UPDATE FOR 8.0.1
Wow... That took forever... Uploading a 5.7mb file with dialup... Fun stuff...
Anyways, I've updated the RSRC to work with iTunes 8.0.1... Just click the preview to download the new version... If you find any bugs, just post in here or PM me... Cheers...

*Found a small bug where the scroll bar pills overlap the end caps... Redownload for fixed .rsrc
Apple was clearly on drugs whilst creating the elements for grid view - mixing glossy iPhone controls with crazy matte and glossy blue/black scroll bars... EW... So I opened up PS and this is the result:
Changes: Matte elements including buttons/backgrounds and dark matte scroll bars.
Installation: Show package contents on iTunes.app. Browse to Contents>Resources, rename iTunes.rsrc to iTunes.bak to make a backup copy, and drag in the new iTunes.rsrc. Relaunch iTunes and voila.

Funny you should say that.. I'm just mocking up the rest of the iTunes UI to see how it would look in matte black/charcoal.
