Official Leopard Themes Thread
Sorry, this thread will no longer be updated. Everything will be relocated to my new site.
The Official Leopard Themes (and more) Thread
I will remove any theme if the developer PMs me, emails me, or posts in this thread ASAP and apologize in advance if I make a mistake by posting something that was supposed to be NFR. I never do this intentionally. Also, please post if there are any mistakes at all (even grammar or spelling).
Important Information
iTunes 7 themes will break iTunes 8, install them at your own risk.

Is there any “safer“ way to edit your theme in 10.4.5...I mean without any clickitty-clack around the sys files...
I mean something like that- “select theme“....“apply theme“...“exit“...

D'you mean 10.5.4? There's the newly-appearing apps for theming, but they'll still require you to confirm changes to sysfiles because that's how a proper secure OS works. ![]()

Re: Official Leopard Themes Thread
Showcase isn't actually a theming app, just a way to preview theme elements. ThemePark isn't really a theme applying app either, it's a tool to make Extras based themes (at least on Tiger). Nice list though!
Edit: You may want to add iTunesque: http://www.arpia.be/itunesque/
Also note that ArtFile based themes like iTunesque and iLeopard don't require you to disable CoreUI.

I'm sorry but "proper" theming on a "proper secure OS" should not require for you to write over system files in the hard drive just to change a theme. It wont be proper and secure until we don't have to do that. That's one area at least that other operating systems have it right... like say... Linux (even Windows). Especially linux.. it doesn't need for you to overwrite a single file much less a system file. Now don't get me wrong I'm not a fan of them I just am not blind to this.

Re: Official Leopard Themes Thread
I just have a pretty irrelevent question:
Ameeps, your profile icon is the one that shows up when you Restore a iPhone/iPod Touch to factory settings after it being jailbroken through PwnageTool. Where'd you get it from?

I don't mean to imply that the theming system is good; it's not. It's only good that system files cannot be changed in an automated fashion.
