You need to disable Apple's use of CoreUI first.

Can anybody reupload the Kaer stuff? Link is dead.

Thanks chris but I was looking more for the resources so that I can change some stuff to keep some elements of the theme I have now.

Edit: Nevermind I figured it out. Compare the two links in the first post and make them look exactly the same except for the ending and you'll get it.

Right click the enclosed package, click "~ Package Contents", find the Extras rsrc files. Use ThemePark to extract from there.
