It's quite strange but anyway looks good. It will look perfectly with an abstract-design wallpaper ^^

I DID NOT use his wallpaper release I USED A IMAGE FROM FLICKR
and created my own pattern using another layer with gradient color.
I ASKED HIM ONCE FOR PERMISSION he didn't reply so I MADE MY OWN.
YES IT IS close looking to his but if you LOOK CLOSER you will see it's not the same.
I TOLD HIM i can change the background since I ALSO MADE OTHER COLOR VERSION

ok calm down calm down lol.
Afraid as a dock design though doesnt really work, too in your face, draws all attention away from the icons and simply doesnt go with anything.
Sure some people will like and use it though.

i am always calm 
sure i know what you mean.. i don't like the background myself
but i bet there are some people that will like it just like you said
i will release another version of the dock pretty soon tho.
