Less glowy, don't make it too large or the non-shadowed parts will reflect windows and make it look odd. (:

Yeah sorry about the reflection thing, it's because there's nothing on top (ergo, in the image) to stop it. If you have a flat colour desktop, you can add a background to the dock image so you don't get it.

I wish I could bottle you up, sit you on my desk and when I apply a new wallpaper, you could do your magic and make the dock all pretty and matching

I'm hoping that someone works out how to disable reflects at some point, it would let some of my ideas work better. (:
