Hey everyone,

I was hating Twitterific's custom HUD window, so I thought I'd make a quick mod to make it more like Leopard's system-wide HUD. @Those of you who think it is too transparent *ahem Niclas*, it looks a bit better if you disable transparency in Twitterific's prefs. This mod also gets rid of the annoying Yellow "Twitterific" at the top of the window.

Download it here.

To install, just drop it into English.lproj inside Twitterific's resources.

EDIT: Thought I should say Leopard only.

... unchecking transparency helps a little, I take it there's no way to eliminate the border mismatch entirely? Even as is, I still think it's an improvement from the standard not-quite-HUD look of Twitterific. Thanks.

'scuse the noob post, but what is with the border? I messed around for a while in interface builder and couldn't figure out where it's coming from or what it is, is it a 'feature' of the NSpanel HUD in general or just how Iconfactory specifically did the interface?

I just wish iconfactory would make something like this the default, seems like the only way around the border issue...

Craig Hockenberry is going to be on TUAW's Live cast on Talkshoe this week, so perhaps that would be a good place to bring it up.

Wow, very nice. Love the look of Twitterffic. Now if they'd just wrap their heads over no ads over that at the IconFactory.
