[PSD]iPhone Icon Template

To use:

The base gradient is on the layer simply titled base.  To edit the gradient's colors, simply select the color fill picker next to the layer and sample the colors.  The gradients should probably stay where the stoppers are located, so try and leave them there for the smoothest and most "Apple-esque" results.

There is also an alternate "Ray" group that is very similar to the ray on the iTunes and App Store icons made by Apple.  Simply hit the visibility button to toggle it on and off.

Re: [PSD]iPhone Icon Template

Am I the only one to not see the drop shadow and the glare layers?

Good Idea but cant use it because there is no shadow...

Yes, there is.

It's just in Blending options, along with the gloss.  (which is actually just a screened bevel)

Thanks so much Dustin. This needs to be standard. I will be using this with my new icon set/theme.

Yes, that would most defintely be the reason.

This PSD (Photoshop Document) is made for use with Photoshop.  I really don't know what to tell you, I'm sorry, I've never used Gimp in my life.  Google it?

Re: [PSD]iPhone Icon Template

Are you seriously telling a Photoshop user to downgrade to GIMP? That's like asking someone to switch from a Porsche to a Ford (not that they're bad tongue )

The link to this file seems to be dead.

Does anyone have a copy of the file around?

Any help would be awesome!
