Re: (Other) VLC - HUD UPDATE for 0.8.6d

I just tested it and I think you broke the Full Screen mode even with "Command-F". It'd be nice if you'd also add a full screen button like in the default VLC interface.

You're using the HUD video window version, I think it's clear enough that it breaks fullscreen. I presume this is because the fullscreen command actually resizes the video window with a 'grow' animation and it can't when it's a HUD.

Interesting... Too bad. Quick View allows full screen. Perhaps it can be fixed? I just assumed the button didn't work in HUD. Double clicking on the window makes it full screen with the control panel floating on top...

"Command-F" (Fullscreen) works fine for me at the HUD with Fullscreen Mode.

You use the Style with HUD Video Window, this is a HUD Utility Panel Style from OS X, this doesn't support fullscreen, minimize ... sorry

Understood. I didn't realized it was an software limitation with HUD. I switched to the standard video window version.

Small bug, the 'Enable' and '2 Pass' text in the EQ is black and unreadable unless the window is over a white background. Otherwise, very nice.

I'm not a Coder, I think a "Pro" can this fix, the source code of VLC is something confused. big_smile
I know Leopards Quicklook allows fullscreen.

No bug it's a feature smile
I have no way found to skin that, also the Progressbar and EQ slider smile_blush

Thanks for this release it looks perfect, just the way it should have looked smile_thumbup

Too bad with the fullscreen version the window that shows the movie doesn't become transparent hmm
Btw in the other non fullscreen versions you can still see the sharp corners if you look closely wink
