[Other] Quicktime Mod

I recently figured out how to get rid of the "smile" at the bottom of a quicktime window.  I remember previously having a lot of trouble getting rid of the smile but I finally figured out that all I had to do was rename the QTPSmileView class to a new name.

Anyway here's the file of the mod.

Here's a preview of the mod compared to the original.

Re: [Other] Quicktime Mod

To install right-click on Quicktime and click on "Show Package Contents."
Open Contents -> English.lproj (Or whatever language you want) and first backup QTPMovieWindow.nib and then replace it with the one included.

** Next time read the readme file.**

Re: [Other] Quicktime Mod

Oh I had a brain fart and assumed that it was theme specific, and I was going to try to do my own. My bad, and thanks for the file.

Surfgeek:The theme he's using in the preview is Nicole Cobalt, but the file isn't theme specific. It will take the "smille" away from any theme.

Re: [Other] Quicktime Mod

Is the slider well (for the volume knob) supposed to be different in the second pic?

Re: [Other] Quicktime Mod

I'm glad that a lot you like the mod.

Sage - No, I didn't change the slider knob (other than the position).  It looks different since the second window is in an inactive state.  By the way if anyone wants to change the position of the volume knob, and controls, etc all you need to do is install Developer Tools and open up English.lproj and the rest should be self-explainatory.
