As most of you may have noticed you can no longer post in the releases section unless you are an Artist (A) or Resident Artist (RA). This goes for OS X and iOS release threads.
The way it stands now is if you're a regular member:
You release your work in the WIP section and if it is of quality an A or RA or mod/admin can move it to the releases section. If you release quality work on a consistent basis you may join the 'Artist' member group. Then you are allowed to post new topics in the release boards directly. Over time, if you keep releasing cool stuff on MacThemes you can become a Resident Artist. Artists and Resident Artists also have access to a private forum where they can talk about their plans for world domination and so forth.
So if you want to release as a member, post in WIP and tag it [Release] from there it can be reviewed and moved to the official release board by an A/RA/mod/admin.
Also if you have those l33t dev skillz you can become a Dev and post your apps/tweaks/plugins in the releases sections also. For now only one of those exist here.
Hope this clears up the confusion of all the "Why can't I post.... " comments scattered about!

**RELEASE ON MACTHEMES**
Only members with the rank of Artist and Resident Artist are permitted to post finished works in the Releases forum. Other members must post in the Critique forum. Post ossom stuff, get promoted to Artist, the world is your oyster.
