Oh is this Winterboard only?? Are the files all in one location so i can replace the stock ones without using Winterboard???

The location of the files on your phone for manual replacement is /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ChatKit.framework/

Glad everyone is enjoying it, I'll try to update it for biteSMS in the iPhone 4 package. It should be available on Cydia real soon for those that don't like messing with SSH.

i can't seem to get it to work...
I put it in /Library/Themes and activate it through winterboard...

I dragged the folder

should i just drag the 2 files instead?

You should only place .theme files into the themes folder.

You mentioned changing the color values our self, I kinda want orange and gray

Any quick way to do this?
Is it just a 255 RBG somewhere inside or something?

Just adjust the hue/saturation yourself in Photoshop (or your editing app of choice).

awesome theme! i manually moved all the stuff over but haven't found a place for SMSBackground.png Can you replace that without Winterboard? Thank you very much! This work is very pleasing to me. :thumbsup:

I'm happy to say that it's now on Cydia

Also, color requests?

(I'd imagine the SMSBackground.png goes into the chatkit framework, let me check.)
- edit. nope. I think it's a Winterboard feature. Not sure.

I moved up each bubble exactly 2 pixels, the text was *not* centered before I did this. Might want to update the package with this done.

Also, someone mentioned, but for MMS the bubble is still the original glossy one. Any chance this can also be themed.

I mentioned this before, but ALL PREVIOUS MMS BUBBLES will be glossy.

The text alignment issue I'm aware of, there is no way to fix the alignment of the send button after you modify the bubble position, since it won't align anymore when you're sending the message (when it pops out of the text field)

For the 3GS download "Edge Binding SMS" on Cydia, there is a new package "Edge Binding SMS for iPhone 4" they dont' play well together.
