Right,
BACKUP EVERYTHING AND DONT HOLD ME RESPSONSIBLE IF YOU SCREW YOUR IPAD UP
I've had a fair few messages about my iPad and how I am theme it. So instead of giving out the same advice to people individually, i think it will be better to do it all as one so there's a thread for existing and new members.
Firstly,I have been unable to theme my iPad using winterboard. But i know some people have been able to theme it using winterboard. So i would suggest using that easier method first.
If that fails and the icons look too big, then try this method.
Download this file: http://www.mediafire.com/?b7z5yz5qd3gkovc
It contains 2 PSD files containing templates. One for AppStore app icons and one for Apple/Cydia app icons. They both are not "iconed" the same way on the ipad so you have to do them differently. Fortunately - my templates will make it easier for yous!
These template files are already populated with alot of SuaveHD icons
Apple & Cydia Apps:
1. Resize icon to 83x83 pixels.
2. Copy over into template file
3. Align so its directly over the default template icon.
4. Turn off default icon (so only your icon is visible) and then save
Apple/Cydia Apps are found in Applications Directory
AppStore Icons:
1. Copy over icon into template file (do not resize)
2. Align so its directly over the default template icon.
3. Turn off default icon (so only your icon is visible) and then save
Appstore Apps are found in Rawfile System/User/Applications
The next step is to make a note of what the default icon is called. This varies on the iPad and there is no repeating pattern from the developers.
Typically they are called either icon, Icon, Icon72, Icon-72, icon_iPad etc etc
Once you know the name of the original icon, rename your new themed SuaveHD icon to the exact same name. Then delete (or backup) the original icon -> copy over the Suave'd Icon -> respring.
Respring is necessary to clear the cache files!
"Respring" on cydia (free app) does that or you can use the respring function in SBSettings.
Heres mine for reference:

Suave is a theme by Thyraz. All credits go to him for creating a beautiful theme for us all to use. Credits to other members for creating the additional items based on Suave.
Credits for SuaveHD icons go to: pat974, drdreas, Mr.Sim, pat_ty, tirkish
